Binary package hint: balsa
The help files based on the balsa.xml file found in the source
distribution are missing.
Therefore selecting the the menu "help->index" starts the help browser (yelp)
without any
pages displayed.
The balsa gnome help files can be found in the source tarball under
./balsa-x.y.z/doc/LANG/balsa.xml.
