The dependencies aren't that strong.

libsupport is a very thin launchpadlib wrapper (in many cases just returning a 
launchpad object)
UDTConfig is part of my recent work, adding common configuration-file support 
to u-d-t. The uses here are pretty minor (selecting LP instance).
lpapicache is more of an issue, as it's a non-trivial launchpadlib wrapper. 
Although the use here is pretty basic, and can easily be rewritten for 
launchpadlib
