Public bug reported:
When I boot linux, there is no way to make the 3G modem work (it has
also GPS integrated). I was going to report a bug saying that it did not
work, but that was my surprise, when I rebooted from windows, it worked
perfectly. I suspended it and stopped working. So I must suppose that
windows makes the component be ready for use of linux.
So from that, I suppose that the linux kernel doesn't initialize it
conveniently.
