Public bug reported:
I created a link to a OpenOffice.org Writer Template (*.ott) on my KDE
Desktop. This was to ease access to often-to-be-used templates, e.g.
Memos. Worked fine until recently (about 2 weeks ago).
Now, when I click on the icon, OOo's splash screen is shown, then it
crashes.
The link is still valid, and the template can be loaded "manually". This
however takes a bunch of more clicks and is much slower than the
solution with the Desktop link.
