Unfortunately no I didn't. I don't have the actual promise hardware and so debugging this issue was very hard. Nishihama Kenkowo helped me a lot but I never completed the work. Debugging hardware is much easier when it is sat infront of you.
I think I was close but I decided to give up as I couldn't test what I had done.
