Hello and thanks for your reply. Sorry my late reply, but I've got the 
solution, I got corrupted files on my virtual machine when I jumped to 
my main-system and the solution to me is to wait to the virtualmachine 
is finished updating before I move the mouse-cursor outside the 
virtualmachine-window.
Hope you understand my bad explanation.
The problem is solved anyway but thanks
for your effort to debugging a great
operation system, ubuntu.
