It looks like alpha-1 has been broken by subsequent changes in the
archive, especially the move to Python 2.7. I don't think there's
anything sensible we can do to fix this at this point; my best
recommendation is that you simply use a daily build, given that we'll be
releasing alpha-2 on Thursday anyway.
