Although the description may not be as clear as some would like, the
original bug was filed because it was wrong. The package description no
longer refers to the "latest rt kernel", but does instead refer to:
Complete Linux kernel for virtual machines
This package will always depend on the latest complete Linux kernel available
for virtual machines.
