Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: tomboy

All notes open prior to a reboot of the computer were missing from
Tomboy following the reboot. When the next synchronization took place
it informed me that it was deleting numbered (unnamed) notes from the
web server, presumably the underlying file names for the lost notes.
Since I only run Tomboy on one machine this has wiped out all my current
organizational notes and left me with only my personal "archive" folder
containing material I haven't touched in months.
