Binary package hint: notification-daemon
I'm using Feisty beta, but I had the same issue in Edgy. Especially
using the Standard theme, the balloons sometimes lack one or more
borders. With Rythmbox's notifications it happens almost regularly.
Attached a screenshot to clarify.
