Binary package hint: samtools
latest supported version of samtools is 0.1.7 for Lucid Lynx. 0.1.7 was
released in 2009 and I am hoping that version 0.1.12 will be supported
as well on Lucid. My reason for this request is that I cannot upgrade
from 10.04 LTS.
