In fact, in my case (Toshiba T230-136), I figured out that I have a Phoenix
BIOS, so according to this Web page http://memebeam.org/toys/ToshibaAcpiDriver
<<
For support of machines with Phoenx BIOS, try the Omnibook driver. The error
you will see in this case is:
    $ modprobe toshiba_acpi
    FATAL: Error inserting toshiba_acpi
    (.../kernel/drivers/acpi/toshiba_acpi.ko): No such device
>>

So I load the omnibook kernel driver :

sudo modprobe omnibook ectype=14 userset=1 bluetooth=1 fan=1

Then I get a new entry in "lsusb" that I didn't had before loading the module :
Bus 001 Device 005: ID 0930:0214 Toshiba Corp. Device Descriptor:
  bLength 18
  bDescriptorType 1
  bcdUSB 2.00
  bDeviceClass 224 Wireless
  bDeviceSubClass 1 Radio Frequency
  bDeviceProtocol 1 Bluetooth

Now, if I try to use my bluetooth mouse, I get a pop-up that propose to
authorize it. I click on "Accept", but it still doesn't work... but I
guess it's another story, not related to this bug report :-)
