i have removed orphan package digikam-data
actived nepomuk desktop service ...
reboot my pc and resolved this bug.
thank's from your help
This solution must be added during the upgrade to kde 4.6 on all systems ...
the removal of the package digikam-data should be included by default
when upgrading
