JFo, On August 12 last year the problem with suspend/resume still existed in the LTS as reported earlier. I was forced to leave the LTS(!) and I am now working with Maverick and testing Natty. The issue is not present in those releases. I have not used Lucid since then. Appearently it is no major issue these days.
