Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubiquity

Trying to install natty alpha 2 from the desktop icon after choosing Try
Ubuntu, I get a dialog informing me that a partition is in use, so new
partitions cannot be written. This is expected, though the title
("ERROR!!!") could be more helpful.

However, neither the buttons ("Ignore" and "Cancel") nor the close
button in the window does anything, even if I manually unmount the
partition in question. I'm left with no easy way to close the installer
to start over.
