After performing an upgrade from Kubuntu 10.04 to 10.10, none of the keyboard shortcuts for "Pack Window Down", "Pack Window Up", "Pack Window Left", and "Pack Window Right" operate correctly. In my case, pressing Ctrl-Meta-Right (for example) with a Konsole instance focused causes that Konsole instance to become unresponsive and to move off-screen. I can still focus the Konsole and use the Window Operations Menu to Maximize the Konsole; but Konsole itself appears frozen, won't take any keyboard input, and must be killed.
Similarly, the "Move Window Down" et al. shortcuts do not work properly, though they do not cause applications to hang. Pressing Meta-Shift-J has no apparent effect. On a different machine with a clean (non-upgrade) install of 10.10, the "Move Window" shortcuts also have no effect. The "Pack Window" shortcuts have no apparent effect, though they do not cause applications to lock up.
