The krunner resource usage mentioned above appears pretty normal for my system after a fresh login. The virtual size is slightly lower (about 680M), as is the other memory usage, but I'd expect that to creep up with time. Reads and writes are at the same level. It's probably not a symptom of the dbus problems.
