Thank you for your bug report.
The bug that the menu bar of firefox isn't shown in the top bar is known. The 
actual behaviour you describe is almost the good (ie the one wanted by the 
design team), everything is done to show the menu bar, it is just not 
displayed.... In the final release, the patch correcting this should be 
integrated, but you can test it already by following this procedure :

Does this resolve your problem? Else could you please post attachments with 
screen shots explaining the problem, and what should happen?
