When you install clamav, you would expect a configuration file which
shows the options which are aviable are there (commented).
When installing ClamAV on Ubuntu you just get a blank config with a
bunch of predefined options and so you never notice the option
"SafeBrowsing" which makes ClamAV use of the Google Malware API
This SafeBrowsing Option increases the detection rate a lot (about
5times or more) so this is really to treat as security vulnerability
