updates: still not able to install ati fglrx driver for my laptop after
rebooting, , and I'm now with the open source driver.
I have to remove the ati proprietary driver *completely* by the following
command

sudo apt-get remove --purge fglrx*

and installed the open source one.

sudo apt-get remove --purge xserver-xorg-video-ati xserver-xorg-video-radeon
sudo apt-get install --reinstall libgl1-mesa-glx libgl1-mesa-dri
xserver-xorg-core
dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

I'm OK on the open source drivers so I think the bug is no big deal.

by the way, the graphic card is ati mobility radeon hd5470, for those
who don't want to check the files uploaded...

And... well the new kernel seems has done nothing to help to reduce the
"[kernel scheduler] Load balancing tick" wakeups in Powertop. So I think
I had better return to the old kernel...
