Public bug reported:

Since unchecking the check boxes in the screen saver section of most of
the later versions of Ubuntu that are "supposed" to turn off the
functioning of screen savers or blanking screen after a certain period
of inactivity do NOT seem to work, then it would be nice if someone
would consider putting a text message on that screen that basically says
that if you really don't want the screen to go blank after a certain
period of inactivity what you need to do is to run this SUDO command at
the terminal: XSET S NOBLANK.

Thanks.
