Binary package hint: ubuntu-desktop
The ubuntu-desktop metapackage is depending on linux-headers-686,
instead of any of the variants. This means that they get installed, even
if the system is using a different kernel (I'm using the k7 kernel, so
I've ended up with linux-headers-k7 and linux-headers-686, even though I
don't have the 686 kernel installed)
