install python-scipy 0.7.2.
python-scipy 0.8.0 has been in the repository for a few days now and depends on
python-numpy 1.5.1:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/source/natty/python-scipy
Please update your pbuilder with the following command:
sudo pbuilder update
