Recently I was found that problem is only with certain APs. With the same settings on other AP everything working fine. So I tried switch back to problematic AP and search for problem. Finally I found that problem is solved for me when I switch encryption from TKIP to AES. Maybe it can be indice when looking for problem in NM code.
