Yes #10 fixed for me too, now I have full sync working again. Anyway just to have a full walk trough : - I deleted all my notes from web like described in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOne/FAQ/HowCanIDeleteAllMyTomboyNotesFromTheServer running both scripts - I cleared tomboy sync data - I synced again
