Hello!
I also had this bug. I installed Kubuntu 10.10 a couple of months ago
with KDE 4.5.1. I tried to upgrade to KDE 4.6 yesterday, but it told me
that "ethais" is not found... (exactly what Alexis was saying).
I have dual boot Kubuntu 10.10//WIn 7 Ultimate and found another way to
upgrade to KDE 4.6 beside the KPacketKit used yesterday.
1. I re-installed Kubuntu 10.10 again today
2. On Konsole:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
3. Log out and log in. It worked for me. Please note that I am a newbie
to Kubuntu, Ubuntu - anything related to Linux, so I don't know how to
help you if this isn't working...
