Binary package hint: compiz
When using "classic desktop" with effect in current Natty alpha, the
wobbly windows plugin of compiz - when enabled - causes all maximized
windows to shiver when they come into focus.
Windows that are not maximized do not have that effect. This is
regardless of the setting in the compiz config manager preferences for
the plugin.
