I have removed the redundant entry in debian/changelog; "Updated Ubuntu package to latest release" means the same as "New upstream release."
Also, I have updated the symbols files. They now include the Ubuntu version, which had been stripped off in the previous version (I had created them according to http://swik.net/Ubuntu/Planet+Ubuntu/Dmitrijs+Ledkovs%3A+Lintian+no- symbols-control-file/d4q9h). As result, lintian now reports symbols- file-contains-current-version-with-debian-revision. ** Patch added: "The updated diff.gz file" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rsplib/+bug/696512/+attachment/1838168/+files/rsplib-2.7.8-0ubuntu1.diff.gz -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/696512 Title: New upstream version 2.7.8 of rsplib -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
