Hello.

        Please, first, pardon for my english sentences: I don't practice it
usually.
I'm french, and it"s not easy for me to write and speak in english.

So, I undestand that the errors came from an abnormal state of the
package database.
But, how can I repair it?
What sort of analyses can I do?
What tool(s) or procedure(s) can I use to diagnose and correct the
package database?

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards.
                        Philippe Pompanon,
