Hi, no it's not an issue anymore. I tried it once again today on my fully updated Ubuntu 6.10 with Thunderbird 1.5.0.10 (20070306) and it did not crash. However, it did also not show the mails from the copied Inbox file... As it was a one-time action anyway at that time, it does not affect me today.
