Hello,
ubuntuone client on karmic did not support the connect/disconnect
options. However, in case the issue with syncdaemon starting up
extremely slow (I suppose due to metadata loading, which is fixed for
Natty and nightlies PPA) , could you please archive and attach the
archive of ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ directory?
