I am sorry for such a delayed response. Could you please upload your
~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ archived for us to be able to see what went
wrong. I have to note that Nautilus emblems in Karmic Koala release were
more than misleading - bug LP:479475, it has been fixed for Lucid Lynx.
However, were the applet telling you that all files are synchronized, if
yes, then log files should give us a clue why it decided so.
