It works !!! I have connected my hard disk to a computer that have a network card that works with ubuntu 10.10 ....
Then I have deleted the entries in /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent- net.rules .. Then I have loaded its network card driver : modprobe tg3 And opps .. I have updated my system ... After having put the hard disk in the first computer, I deleted the entries in /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules and then : modprobe forcedeth /etc/init.d/networking restart And I've got a network adress that works !!
