It works !!!

I have connected my hard disk to a computer that have a network card
that works with ubuntu 10.10 ....

Then I have deleted the entries in /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-
net.rules ..

Then I have loaded its network card driver :
modprobe tg3

And opps .. I have updated my system ...

After having put the hard disk in the first computer, I deleted the entries in
/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules and then :
modprobe forcedeth
/etc/init.d/networking restart

And I've got a network adress that works !!

Ok ... thanks for help .... and hopes this will help some other people
that had the same problem
