Seems PIIX doesn't like ata_piix as a driver. Using ata_generic (with
all_generic_ide=1 option) or using piix makes things work properly. So
the end result is I have moved support for PIIX chipsets back to the IDE
piix.ko module. ata_piix will continue to handle the sata chipsets.
