I've been testing with Nautilus and SSH and get this DBus error with SSH too. I agree with comment #3 it obviously isn't a Samba error.
What I found with the SSH bookmarks that I set up in Nautilus, was the one to the root file system of the computer on the LAN works fine, but the one to the Documents folder, or the home folder does not, UNLESS you've already established a connection to the root folder.
