Waow, that's surprising that unity mutter can have some "empty" launcher. The
errors comes from:
favorites_list =
[cheese,empathy,home,yelp,ubuntu-software-center,rhythmbox,launch-applications,app-thunderbird.desktop,app-gnome-terminal.desktop,app-firefox.desktop,app-cheese.desktop,,app-chromium-browser.desktop]

Ok, I've added some security for that in the migration tools (for unity mutter,
netbook-launcher and gnome-panel). That will be part of next release.
