This appears to me like a duplicate of bug 439448; marking it as such.
Unless you have *very clear* information on a way to systematically
reproduce this bug *every time*, not just occasionally, please don't
comment on that other bug... there's already tons of comments there and
each sends an email to everyone who is subscribed. There are already
developers investigating the issue to find out a way to fix it.
