Public bug reported:
Since my machine has been upgraded from Edgy to Feisty, the colors
displayed on my console tty (tty1-6) are not displayed other than shades
of gray. Specifically, it was noted that the shell's PS1 prompt is only
in shades of gray and the output of `ls --color` after the output of
`dircolors` has been eval'ed. Colors appear correctly on gnome-
terminal. Feisty updates were last performed April 11.
