Hm... Romain are you sure you don't happen to have an incomplete update
of some libraries regarding unity? Unresolved symbol errors (for
nux::InputArea in your case) are usually happening, if you don't have
correct library-versions installed. Stuff like that happens during
development of unity (and nux) on our development-systems. Could you
check you updates with synaptic or dpkg? Or did you happen to install
unity (and nux) from source once?
