&& lowriter -nologo test_OO2xhtml.txt
Click OK button -> File -> Export -> XHMTL -> Save button
Window pops up noting:
"Error saving the document test_OO2xhtml:Writer Error. The file could
not be written."
LO does not make any helpful recommendations.
