Success! I used Lili on a windows 7 box. I had to reformat the partition in windows as fat32 to make windows happy. It was already formatted as fat 32 on my linux box, but windows was throwing a fit about it. I did not have to re-open it in Startup disk creator, to make it work. I just plugged it right in and it boote
