You have been subscribed to a public bug:
Three objects on System configuration Manager (also on kcontrol)
appear with a wrong name. Instead of "region e idioma" (region and
language) It shows "Region e Idioma Name=Region e Idioma", the same
happens on "Network configuration" and on "Disk and File System"
Note: This is probably related only to Spanish Translation of Feisty.
