Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: update-manager
DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeCache.py has the following:
details += _("If none of this applies, then please report this
bug against "
"the 'update-manager' package and include the
files in "
"/var/log/dist-upgrade/ in the bug report.")
I think saying use ubuntu-bug update-manager would result in higher
quality bug reports and a better experience (as there would be less
work) for the bug reporter.
