Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: chromium-browser

This occurs if you have multiple tabs open in a single window. When you
try to move a tab either to the left or to the right, it instead creates
a new window. The only way to move it back is to click the "Restore"
window control button of the original window to unmaximize it and then
drag the tab (that was apparently removed from it) to it.

The version of Chromium Web Browser in which this bug was tested is
9.0.597.98 (74359) on an Ubuntu 10.10 notebook.

However, this did not occur when it was tested on a Lubuntu machine with
the same daily (stable) build.
