- Add a specific menu structure for lubuntu session.
* etc/xdg/lubuntu/lxdm/lxdm.conf
- Remove background option, it's already defined by the theme, and can break
it sometimes (LP: #703658).

- Update DTD to use standards.freedesktop.org
