I managed to execute the command line : ubuntu-bug linux-image-2.6.35-25-generic
with the previous Kernel : 2.6.31-14-generic

Unable to install "linux-image-2.6.35-25-generic" and update-intramfs failed
to generate /boot/intrd.img-2.6.32-28-generic and
/boot/intrd.img-2.6.35-25-generic
