Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: totem-gstreamer

***Ubuntu Feisty Fawn***

i recorded a mpegts-file.

If i want to play it with totem+gstreamer-backend, it wont play. i get
this error:

** Message: don't know how to handle video/mpegts,
systemstream=(boolean)true, packetsize=(int)188 **

Then totem asks for installing the codec "GStreamer ffmpeg video plugin"
but it is still installed.

Also this is the wrong codec for this, because fluendo is needed, but it
is not installed by default and not in the bad,ugly or multiverse
package - this is bad!

** Affects: totem (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
