We deliberately removed greasemonkey as these extensions will need
porting to the latest xulrunner. Due to the very fast release cycles of
Firefox these days this would mean way too much maintenance effort.
Extensions can just as easily be installed through firefox's plugin
mechanism, where they keep themselves up to date.
