Authorization is for the application, apport-collect, as a whole and
only needs to be done once and that is why you are not seeing it again.
It looks like you are running into an issue with the apport package hook
for compiz, (tags: [ConstraintNotSatisfied(u'Compiz-0.9.2')]), is in
fact a compiz or xorg bug that you are trying to run apport-collect for?
