Same here, changing user seems to trigger this bug. Instead of blacklisting or removing (not possible in my system due to dependencies) snd-usb-audio, i restart usbhid using modprobe -r usbhid && sleep 7 && modprobe usbhid or i simply unplug and replug offending logitech hardware
